       The Article is devoted to revealing the importance of organizational culture in the university and its influence on the improvement of human resources management. We consider the importance of science-based process of formation of the organizational culture, as well as its diagnostic status and trends. Shows the use of research culture of the university complex of methods, including non-traditional, based on the phenomenological approach.
